Minimum educational Qualification & experience –
- Ph.D. in Life Sciences or relevant areas
- At least one first-author primary research publication in a peer-reviewed, international journal
- Candidates should have demonstrated experience in live, quantitative, in vivo imaging of cellular and subcellular processes in whole animals
Preferred experience –
Candidates having demonstrated experience of working with the zebrafish model system using molecular genetics, cell biological and imaging approaches and conducting research in mechanisms underlying cytoskeletal remodeling will be preferred.

neuropathies in the zebrafish modelTenure of the appointment – Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the incumbent
Consolidated emoluments per month – Rs. 55,000/- + 24% House Rent Allowance
