PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Flow Cytometry Application
Manager – INDIA SWA is responsible of application specialists, of supporting pre/post sales business of entire Flow Cytometry portfolio and application support for INDIA SWA region.KEY TASKS
- Collaborating closely with Application, Sales and Marketing managers for contributing to the achievement of financial targets
- Getting result through positive interpersonal relationship
- Deep understanding of immunology or hematology or research applications
- Customer satisfaction focused
- Problem solving through the team
- Pro-active and flexible approach to change
- Perform systematic reports in line with KPI defined for the region
- Captures VOC and identifies local market trends and communicates internally
- Responsible for Application support for Flow Cytometry systems in India SWA
- Working closely with Application Manager, Application Expert, Sales and Marketing and with entire Indian Application Team to increase market share from existing and potential customers through implementation of best- in- class application /share knowledge practices
- Ensure Application Specialists and Channel Partner within the region get the proper resources and trainings
- Build relationships and develop loyalty with senior customers and decision makers
- Ensure customer satisfaction trough proper training, troubleshooting in face to face or remote situations.
- Coordinating with service and tech support for escalation
- Answer to technical part of tenders
Qualification: B. Tech/ B. Pharma with 5+ year’s experience / M. Sc in life science with 3+ yrs experience in Flow Cytometry or Ph.D. with experience in flow Cytometry publications.
Experience:
- 3 years on a Beckman or other analyzer flow Cytometry platform.
- Two or more flow cytometry-focused publications (Desirable).
- Experience in managing team for at least 2+ years
Essential skills:

I provided the customer with step-by-step guidance on instrument calibration and sample preparation, which led to consistent and accurate results.
