Qualification: Qualification-Post Graduate (M.Sc) Degree in Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or and any other relevant area of chemistry and biology without or with NET/GATE qualification.

Desirable: Candidates having very good research experience in electrochemistry/bio electroanalytical chemistry/electrochemical immuno sensor, immunological/ immunoanalytical assays and monoclonal antibody generation will be highly preferred. The selected candidate would need to join immediately.

Stipend: Rs.31,000 /- per month for 12 months (consolidated)

Answer: During my research experience, I have been involved in the development of diagnostic platforms for infectious diseases, including COVID-19. I encountered challenges related to assay sensitivity, specificity, and optimization of the detection platform. To overcome these challenges, I implemented rigorous validation procedures, optimized assay conditions, and incorporated quality control measures to ensure reliable and accurate diagnostic results.
  4. Could you provide an overview of your knowledge and expertise in the field of chemistry, particularly in areas relevant to the project such as biochemistry or microbiology? Answer: I possess a strong foundation in chemistry, with a focus on areas relevant to the project such as biochemistry and microbiology. I have studied principles of biochemistry, molecular biology, and microbiology, gaining theoretical knowledge and practical skills in these disciplines. I have applied this knowledge in conducting biochemical and molecular biology experiments, analyzing biological samples, and interpreting experimental results.
  5. Time is a crucial factor in this project. Are you available to join immediately and work on the project for the specified duration of 18 months? How do you manage multiple tasks and prioritize your work to meet project deadlines? Answer: Yes, I am available to join immediately and commit to the project for the entire duration of 18 months. To manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines, I utilize effective time management strategies. I prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency, set clear goals and timelines, and regularly evaluate progress to ensure timely completion. I am also adept at coordinating with team members, effectively delegating responsibilities when needed, and maintaining open communication to streamline workflow.
