ROLE FUNCTIONS:

• Compliance and best practice for suppliers and distribution centers
• Product safety and quality evaluation processes with significant experience in product sensory knowledge
• Crisis management, Consumer Complaints, Technical and Ethical communications processes
• QA systems and performance tracking
• Franchise partner point of contact and reference
• Customers and products complaints management

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

Education:

• MSc in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering
• Certified in Quality related fields (From HACCP, 6 Sigma, SPC, ASQ, BRC, QMS/Lead auditor)

Experience:

• Fresher/1+ year of experience in the Food industry, in QA, Food Manufacturing related roles.
• Exposure with food manufacturing or food preparation, including an overall understanding of production facilities, quality improvement methods and product development requirements.
• Thought leadership, influencer and change driver.
