Essential qualifications: Ph.D.(Biotechnology/ Microbiology)
Stipend/ Emoluments: Rs. 54,000/- Per month
Post II
Name of the Post: JRF
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 28 Yrs
Subject/Discipline: Life sciences
Essential qualifications: M.Sc. in any branch of Life Science (NET qualification)
Stipend/ Emoluments: Rs. 31,000/- Per month
Essential Information:
- Cut-off Date: Age and Education qualification will be counted as on 7th August 2023. Upper age limit is 28 years for JRF & 35 yrs for RA. Age limit is relaxable by 5yrs for SC/ST and 3 yrs for OBC Candidate.
- Tenure: Tenure of JRF is initially 2 yrs, which is extendable as per Govt. rules and that of RA is 2 yrs (maximum).
- How to apply: Interested candidates must submit his/ her Bio-data according to the format given in Annexure-I(PDF format) along with self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials latest by 7th August 2023 at email ID: [email protected]. No application will be entertained after the closing date.
- Date of Interview: The date and time for the Interview will be intimated individually to the eligible candidates by e-mail.
- Only candidates possessing the above-mentioned qualification(s) need to apply. All the qualifications acquired should be from recognized Universities /Institutes. NET/GATE/GPAT qualification wherever prescribed should be valid as on the date of the interview. Candidates working in Government /Public sector undertaking /Autonomous bodies should apply through the proper channels.
- Any additional information /amendments pertaining to the selection process notified vide this advertisement shall be updated only on the DRDO website (www.drdo.gov.in). Prospective candidates are therefore advised to visit the website regularly until the selection exercise is concluded.
- Selected candidates are required to produce all Certificates /Valid GATE/NET/GPAT score card in original at the time of joining.
- Director, DRL reserves the right not to select any candidate, if suitable candidates are not available.
- It may be noted that the Award of Fellowship/Associateship does not confer any right to absorption or employment in DRDO.
