Essential Qualification:

• Master’s Degree in Natural or Agriculture Sciences/ MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent; and
• Four Years experience in Research and Development in Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
  OR
  Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Pharma/MD/MS from a recognized University or equivalent

Desirable: Ph.D in subject area of Biotechnology with demonstrable skills in Python/C/C++, awk and R, strong working experience in LINUX environment, next generation sequence analysis and large datasets handling will be a huge plus, Machine learning and evolutionary biology

knowledge is important, knowledge of network biology is highly desirable.+

Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/- + HRA
