Graduation in Science B Pharma, Life Sciences, BSc Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany.

Experience: Minimum 01-year experience in the relevant field.

Job Description

: DNA extraction and quantification, performing RT-PCR/PCR, will require working with 8-12 multichannel pipettes, performing ELISA, performing GWAS & Next Generation, Sequencing Experiment. Candidates ready to work with flexible working hours.

Salary: ₹ 22,000/- p.m. to 54,000/- p.m.

I am skilled in their operation and have experience in accurately and efficiently dispensing reagents into multiwell plates. I understand the importance of proper calibration and maintenance to ensure precise volume delivery.
  4. Question: Are you familiar with performing ELISA assays? Please describe your experience and knowledge of this technique. Answer: Yes, I have experience in performing ELISA assays. I have worked with both direct and indirect ELISA formats and have experience in plate coating, sample preparation, antibody incubation, and colorimetric or fluorescent detection methods. I am also familiar with data analysis and result interpretation.
  5. Question: Have you been involved in GWAS or Next Generation Sequencing experiments? Could you provide an overview of your experience in this area? Answer: I have been part of research projects involving GWAS and Next Generation Sequencing. I have assisted in experimental design, sample preparation, library preparation, sequencing runs, and basic data analysis. I am familiar with bioinformatics tools used for variant calling, data filtering, and annotation.
