Responsibilities, Knowledge & Skills
- Overviewing the Quality standards throughout the process/ manufacturing line.
- HACCP/ CCP proper implementation on the shop floor.
- Quality tests on Cereals and grains.
- Experience in handling quality improvement projects
- Knowledge of quality management systems, developing quality-related SOPs and their control
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Analyze raw materials, Intermediate (Blends), and Finished Goods and report on the findings
- Inspect packaging materials received.
- Ensure online QC such as line startup/changeover from RM handling to final packing
- Coordinate with other departments for all rejection failures at the unit
- Calibrate all lab equipment, arrive at calibration plan and manage operations as per supplier manual
- Adherence to quality standards
Qualifications
Graduate calibre or equivalent – preferably in Chemistry/Microbiology/Bio-chemistry/Bio-technology/Food technology
