   Answer: The steps involved in NGS data analysis for microbial and eukaryotic genomics include quality control of the raw data, alignment to a reference genome, variant calling, annotation, and functional analysis.
2. How do you use R-scripts to analyze large datasets?
   Answer: I use R-scripts to analyze large datasets by writing custom scripts to automate data processing tasks, generate plots and visualizations, and perform statistical analyses.
3. What are the most commonly used statistical tools in bioinformatics, and how do you apply them to your analysis?
   Answer: Some commonly used statistical tools in bioinformatics include DESeq2, edgeR, limma, and ANOVA. These tools are used to identify differentially expressed genes, perform gene ontology analysis, and identify biological pathways that are significantly enriched.
