Profile
An immediate Research Associate-1 (postdoctoral) position funded by DBT India Alliance/ Wellcome Trust is available in Shweta Tyagi’s laboratory of Cell Cycle Regulation (http://www.cdfd.org.in/labpages/cellcycle.html) on a purely temporary basis.
The Research Associate-1 will be responsible for carrying out various bioinformatic analyses for different projects in the laboratory.

Essential qualifications:
Ph.D. in bioinformatics, molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology or relevant scientific discipline.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with computational/bioinformatics tools used for NGS analysis particularly RNA-seq or ChIP-Seq, proficiency with using Linux and BASH or other similar shell, comfortable in developing code in Python and/or R for data analysis and visualization.
Salary: INR 47000/- plus HRA(if applicable)
