Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join in the following project position.

Name of the Project – Wellcome Trust/ DBT India Alliance Funded project “Analysis of the impact of mRNAmRNA/circRNA interactions in pancreatic ß-cell physiology”
Age Limit – The upper age limit of the candidate should be below 32 years as of 14.03.2023. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.

Fellowship: Rs. 35000/- + HRA@16%
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates having M.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Bioinformatics or allied Life Science subjects with minimum 55% aggregate marks (relaxation will be given as per Govt. guideline) from a recognized university and having two years of research experience are eligible to apply. Candidates should have also qualified for National level examinations such as NET / GATE/ GPAT/ BET. Preference will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge and experience in animal cell culture & molecular biology techniques.
