Job Profile:
- Plan the activities of the ongoing project(s) and monitor progress against the approved work plan
- Project planning and execution, team planning and defining roles/ responsibilities of the team.
- Client interaction to maintain good and cordial relations.
- Effectively coordinating various project activities and collecting necessary information/updates about the project progress
- Work with the team to make sure that the project is on track, remove impediments, and provide resources and data needed
- Compilation of project reports (technical and financial) and submission to clients; helping/leading in writing working papers, journal articles and blogs.
- Organizing internal and external meetings, workshops, conferences and other dissemination activities
- Leading in designing, collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data
- Comfortable in domestic & international travel including fieldwork
Qualification – Master’s degree in Forestry/ Natural Resource Management/ Life Sciences/ Biodiversity/ Environmental Management or related fields.
Skills –
- Proven knowledge of the forestry sector in India, its operations, challenges, management and existing practices.
- Proven experience in team handling and working in a team.
- Proven record of managing data and literature, good analytical skills.
Experience – 4 – 5 years
