About the job
Job Profile:
- Assist in primary cell culture, including stem cell culture, and cell-based functional assays, and involve in the production of cell-derived products.
- Optimize and conduct protocol-defined assays for various cell and molecular biology studies, such as ELISA, RNA isolation and purification, RT-PCR and SDS-PAGE.
- Assist in sample processing for imaging techniques such as phase contrast and confocal microscopy.
- Perform data acquisition, processing, analysis (statistical tests) and drafting data reports.
- Process data for internal and external presentations, communications, and publications.
- Optimize and prepare SOPs for novel techniques and procedures introduced in the team.
- Participate in team meetings and scientific discussions.
- Perform animal experiments, if required.
Work Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Required Skills / Experience
MSc or equivalent degree in Molecular and Cell Biology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays, and Molecular biology techniques (ELISA, RT-PCR etc.) are mandatory requirements for this role.
