Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities –
- Environment monitoring of classified areas of production or microbiology laboratory, observations of environment monitoring plates and feed data in trend analysis.
- Identification of microorganisms by the automated biochemical method.
- Growth promotion of in-house and ready-to-use media.
- To perform a microbiological limit test of raw material and in-process samples as per the method of analysis, SOP and its reporting.
- Disinfectant efficacy test as per SOP and related reporting.
- Swab analysis of surface monitoring
- To perform and maintain calibration records, media preparation, growth promotion test records and other related documents of the microbiology section.
- To maintain and handle the microbial cultures as per SOP.
- Bacterial endotoxin test of in-process samples
Education
PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Microbiology
