Your challenges
- Act as first point-of-contact for technical customer inquiries and distribute inquiries to Service, Sales, and Marketing as necessary
- Answer detailed, technical customer questions related to product configuration and performance and initiate customer service when an issue requires elevation
- Administrate e-learning platform for India and Middle East Africa to enroll and monitor training progress of new joiners in sales and service team
- Initiate, coordinate and conduct induction and refresher training for sales and service teams
- Creating a training calendar in coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Service and executing the programs
- Conduct on-site training programs/workshops for customers and students
- Managing demo items, its logistics, and inventory of lab equipment
- Identify, promote and engage educational institutions to develop student programs, training and internship
- Provide support for sales representatives on detailed product-related and performance-related queries
- Support Sales process with technical expertise, e.g. participation in trade shows, product demonstrations, and customer training
- Coordinate with Service and/or Sales to visit end-customers (where and when applicable) to assist in providing support as required
- Execute training for end-users in coordination with Service and Sales
- Complete training and provide end-user training certificates
- Execute training for dealers
Your expertise
- Postgraduate Degree in Life Sciences, Ph.D. preferable with genomics or Biotechnology a core area
- Professional experience in the field of technical product support or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is preferred
- Life science industry experience is considered an advantage
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and other Indian languages
- Teaching and demonstration skills
