WALK-IN-INTERVIEW
A walk-in-interviews will be held on the 24th and 25th of August 2022 at the Institute of Forest Biodiversity (IFB), Dulapally, Kompally (S.O.), Hyderabad, Telangana -500 100. For the positions of Junior Project Fellows (JPFs), Project Assistant (PA) and Field Assistants(FAs) for the research projects. Desirable Qualifications – Experience in nursery and plantation establishment of tree species.

- 1st Class M.Sc. Botany/M.Sc Forestry / M.Sc Agriculture/M.Sc Microbiology with specialization /dissertation in plant pathology/ Mycology
- Knowledge of English (Speak, read, write)
- Capable to do analytical works
- Computer proficiency. Intermediate in MS Office
Desirable Qualifications – Working experience in macro fungi & mycology.
Stipend/month – Rs.20000/-per month+ HRA

ii. NAME OF THE POSITION: PROJECT ASSISTANT

Desirable Qualifications – Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Stipend/month – Rs.19000/- per month (Fixed)
Terms & Conditions –
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible
- The upper age limit for JPF is 28 Years as on 01.06.2022 which is relaxable up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST, Women, Physically Handicapped and OBC
- The Position is temporary and Co-terminus with the project
- Recruitment for the above temporary positions is governed by the rules of the Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any Institute under the council
- The interested Candidates may appear before the Selection Committee with all their original certificates, and mark sheets with a self-attested copy of each of them, as per the date and time are given below. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview
- Offer of Engagement to the selected candidates will be issued subject to the availability of funds and approval of the Competent Authority. The tenure mentioned in the advertisement is tentative and liable to be curtailed/ extended as per the decision of the Competent Authority.
- If it is found at any stage of the process thereafter that the candidate doesn’t fulfil the eligibility criteria, their candidature shall be cancelled without assigning any reason whatsoever. Further, the decision of the Director, IFB with regard to the selection process will be treated as find and binding to all concerned. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the Institute
- The Candidates have to strictly follow the form annexed-1 (Typed/filled) duly signed and submitted on the date of the Interview.
- The selection process may continue till late evening/ next day. Candidates are advised to come prepared accordingly.
