Applications are invited from potential candidates for the position of one Project Associate – II in SERB funded project in the laboratory of Dr Tulika Prakash Srivastava, IIT Mandi.

Selection Procedure – Shortlisted candidates will be informed separately and will be required to appear for an online interview.
Fellowship – 35,000 + HRA as per SERB guidelines.
Eligibility – M.Sc./B. Tech or equivalent degree in Life Sciences/ Computational Biology/ Biotechnology or relevant subject area and 2 years of experience in R&D in Industrial and Academic Institutions or S&T Organisations and Scientific activities and services.
Selection criteria –
Desirable –
- Knowledge and experience in computational biology and experimental biology, and those who have qualified GATE or CSIR/UGC/DBT JRF or any other equivalent national level exam or have a post-graduate degree in engineering will be preferred. Excellent communication skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and Willingness to learn new techniques. Familiarity with Data handling, and NGS is an added advantage.
