Food Testing Laboratory

Post I

Name of the Post – Senior Scientific Officer

Post Code – FTL-SSO

No. of Posts – 02

Age Limit – Not be more than 40 years of age

Essential Qualifications –

1. Master’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Forensic Pharmacy/ M.Pharm or equivalent from a recognized University.
2. Five years of experience in analytical methods and research in the field of Food Analysis in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.
3. Should have adequate knowledge of English, Hindi, and Computer Proficiency.

Desirable Qualifications – Specialization in the field of Food Forensic Analysis and Quality Assurance.

Post II

Name of the Post – Junior Scientific Officer

Post Code – FTL-JSO

No. of Posts – 02

Age Limit – Not be more than 35 years of age

Essential Qualifications –

1. Master’s Degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Forensic Pharmacy/ M.Pharm or equivalent from a recognized University.
2. Three years of experience in analytical methods and research in the field of Food Analysis in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.
3. Should have adequate knowledge of English, Hindi, and Computer Proficiency.

Desirable Qualifications – Specialization in the field of Food Forensic Analysis and Quality Assurance.

Post III

Name of the Post – Scientific Assistant

Age Limit – Not be more than 30 years of age

Essential Qualifications –

2. Five years of experience in analytical methods and research in the field of DNA Forensics in any Central Government or State Government organization or recognized research institute or Forensic Science Laboratory under the Central or State Government.
3. Should have adequate knowledge of English, Hindi, and Computer Proficiency.

Desirable Qualifications –

• In case of the candidate has a master’s degree in forensic science, specialization n Forensic Biotechnology or Forensic Biology is desirable.
• specialization in the field of Analytical DNA Forensics.
• FACT PLUS Qualified.

Post V

Name of the Post – Scientific Assistant
