Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities–
- Reject Material if it is not confirmed as per specification.
- Responsible for feed quality actual vs formula and correct the same time to time.
- Ensure the final finished goods meet the required quality parameter.
- Responsible for timely completion of sample tests.
- Depending on the CO-Feed & Nutrition dept advice, consume/utilize the same to feed formulation.
- Ensure the raw material and feed sample collection and proximate analysis.
- Ensuring the entry of Raw material Quality Inspection Report in ERP.
- Monitoring Lab Records in ERP.
- Collecting stock data on weekly basis on weekly basis on raw materials, finished feed, and Premixes and taking follow up action to implement FIFO.
- Responsible for the samples tests done via external laboratories.
- To send samples to the external lab as per the instruction of the manager and compare the results.
- To plan and organize instruments and equipment and calibration.
- Monitoring the lab stock and assisting in the preparation of the indent.
- Monitoring the Cleaning and Fumigation of Zylo and Raw material bin and feed bin.
- Responsible for the weekly /monthly quality report.
- Responsible for identifying the raw material adulteration.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills for better working with internal & external stakeholders
- M.Sc (Food Technology/ Biochemistry)
