Terms and conditions –
No benefit of provident fund, Leave Travel concession, Medical claim etc. will be considered, since the posts are purely on a temporary basis. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The above posts are filled up purely on a temporary basis, co-terminus with the project & the candidate will have no right to claim for Permanent Employment under NCDIR/NCRP /ICMR or continuation of his/her services in any other project.

The following procedure shall be adopted for short-listing candidates for an in-person interview.
(a) There will be a preliminary screening of the eligibility and those eligible, will be required to come for a multiple choice question test in English in the areas of research methodology, statistics, word processing, excel and basic mathematics. The MCQ test will be of one-hour duration with 60 questions having one stem and four possible responses out of which a candidate will be required to indicate the best or most appropriate response. Each correct response will fetch one mark while each incorrect response will result in a deduction of 1/4th mark.
(b) The following day for each advertised post the top five ranking candidates will be informed via email and called for an interview. In the event of a tie, all candidates who tie for the same rank shall be called. During the interview, a copy of the CV will be taken and all original certificates related to qualifications and age will need to be seen in the original.
The Director reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/selection without assigning any reason and also to relax the above-mentioned eligibility conditions of any staff in the selection process. Those who have applied against the previous advertisement need to re-confirm eligibility and apply afresh.

Salary – Rs. 33,600/ –
Essential Qualification – M.Sc (Life Sciences) with two years of research experience.
Desirable Qualification – Knowledge of the use of computer software for qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Data collection, documentation, data entry, data cleaning, analysis, and data transcription.
