Name of the Project – “Designing and validating an algorithm to determine etiological agents associated with acute encephalitis syndrome in pediatric patients”

Name of the PI – Dr. Tina Damodar

Max Age Limit – 30 years

Duration of the project – 6 months (extendable based on performance) & Extendable depending upon the performance of the candidate.

2. The prescribed essential qualifications are the bare minimum and mere possession of the same won’t entitle the candidate to be called for an interview. The Institute reserves the right to select a suitable candidate.
3. In the case of deserving and exceptionally qualified candidates, desirable qualification
   is relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority and accordingly position
   will be filled as per the revision of emoluments and guidelines of the institute.

Emoluments – Rs.35,000/- PM. Consolidated

Educational Qualifications – Masters’s degree in life sciences/Microbiology/Virology/ Nursing with 2 years of experience working in clinical and /or public health projects

Desirable Qualification – Following candidates will be given preference

• Prior experience of working in a clinical /public health projects dealing with patients
• Demonstrable ability to conduct and supervise research
• Proficient in data collection
• Basic skills in analyzing data
