How to Apply –
- Applications are to be filled ONLINE. The online link for submission of the application is available from 4th April 2022 and the last date is 24th April 2022 by 5 PM.
- Candidates must fill online application form at www.niab.org.in. Candidates are advised to fill out the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last-minute technical issues. No need to send a hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained.
- Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed by a duly
constituted selection committee online through zoom/google/skype meeting. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications and experience certificates are required to be submitted at the time of joining.
Eligibility –
Master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent. A minimum of two years of experience in Research and Development in Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations. Candidates having prior experience in molecular biology, gene cloning, protein purification, gene editing and cell culture techniques will be given preference.
Fellowship amount – Candidates with NET or Post Graduate degree in the professional course will be paid Rs. 35,000/-PM+24% HRA as per the DST guidelines. However Non NET candidates can also apply and will be paid as per their eligibility as per the DST guidelines.
