Essential Qualifications – PhD in Life Sciences
with minimum 60% marks in Masters orequivalent degree. Previous research experience (substantiated by first author publication in a peer-reviewed international journal) in plant molecular biology techniques, including gene cloning, PCR, RT-qPCR, and Southern blotting is required.
Desirable Qualifications – Candidates with experience in NGS techniques, good oral and
written communication skills and the ability to work independently are preferred.
