Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals to join the following project position.

The selected
candidates will not have any right to claim explicit or implicit for any post in the Institute of Life Sciences. Only names of shortlisted candidates will be published on the Institute website and separate call letters will not be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of the Director regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.- The last date for receiving an application – is 22.04.2022

Eligibility – Ph.D. in Life Sciences. Experience in the preparation and characterization of nanoparticles, handling mammalian cell culture and cell biology techniques is required. Candidates having first author publication in a peer-reviewed journal in the above subject areas will be given preference during the screening stage. Candidates who have submitted PhD thesis and are waiting for viva voce may also apply. For such candidates, the fellowship amount will be that of an SRF until he/she defends PhD thesis
Fellowship – Rs. 47,000/- plus HRA at 16 percent per month
