Name of Post – Global Regulatory Services Specialist, L&C_Mumbai
Location – Mumbai
Key Responsibilities –
- To provide the following GRS services to Flavor and Fragrance Division e.g. Commercial team, Creation team, Formula Management team, Marketing team, Technical Application team & etc.
- The primary role is to collate and evaluate requests for documentation from internal and external customers and to provide accurate compliant regulatory documentation to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain all necessary archives of reviews made and documentation provided.
- Responsible for safety and regulatory compliance of Firmenich products marketed in countries responsible
- Prepare regulatory documentation independently for customer requests and submissions relating to the safety/regulatory compliance aspects of Firmenich products in countries responsible
- Review formula to determine if they meet government, industry, customer, and company guidelines for safety and regulatory compliance
- Review formula to determine if the changes may have to be made and in the development of regulatory documentation.
- Discuss with both internal and external customers various standards, regulations, and guidelines concerning Firmenich products.
- Monitor and keep abreast of major legislative changes and issues in the countries. responsible.
- Provide product regulatory training to new colleagues joining your country. responsible.
- Deliver presentations to internal and external customers.
We Value –
- Degree in Chemistry / Food Technology
- Min experience of working for 3-5 years, flavour/Fragrance /Chemical company or FMCG
- Having experience with regulatory, quality assurance or formula management
- Computer literacy and in-depth mastering of systems & tools
- Excellent communication skill
- Team player, able to work with different functions and people.
