About the Role –

We are looking for masters graduates that have the drive and aptitude to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment. For the first two years, your role will be based at Baramati, where you will be involved in key operational decisions and doing an active job from day one. For the next two years, you will have a first international assignment to develop and expand your knowledge as part of our Ferrero Family and to embrace the Ferrero ways of working in producing our iconic products and ensuring that they reach our Consumers.

Main Responsibilities –

Ferrero India will give you the platform to develop your skills in a practical way, during the first two years of your program, you will be focused on your responsibility towards understanding process optimization using Operational Excellence tools. The role will also be responsible for a gamut of Ferrero Industrial KPI’s like industrial safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Sustainability through hands-on experience by making risk assessments, active involvement in root cause analysis for process improvement. You will be actively engaged in stock counts, analysis of material variance and reporting which will enhance transformation cost understanding. You will also be responsible for developing a strong understanding of process bottlenecks and offering possible solutions from long term business perfective.

Who we are looking for –

• You will hold a Masters’ degree in; Food Technology / Food Sciences or other field related to food production.
• The candidate must be graduated from Tier 1 Regional or National Engineering College within India.
• You will be proficient in Marathi/Hindi as a second language and have the ability and desire to work on global assignment
• First practical work experience (e.g., internships or avoluntary activities) would be a plus
  Strong user skills in MS Office
• Fluency in English
• The knowledge of any other language is a plus
• Great passion and interest in the food industry sector
• Curiosity, openness and intercultural competence
• Committed, logical and process-oriented work approach
• A real desire for international mobility
