MNR FRI is a section 8 & not-for-profit organization established in 2016 under the umbrella of MNR Group of Institutions, established by Sri. M. N. Raju on August-15th, 1974 in Hyderabad. MNR-FRI is focusing on understanding the disease biology and biomedical sciences processing the knowledge for better management and potential therapeutics. In addition, to extend the research support services / activities to our MNR Medical
College and Hospital, MNR-FRI is also planning to function as a business and technology development incubator (Bio-Nest) & Clinical trial research platform to support budding entrepreneurs in Life Sciences and biomedical sciences. The trademark feature of MNR-FRI is the collaborative and interdisciplinary approach we bring to everything we do. To create a biomedical innovative ecosystem & to promote our existing research activities, we are looking for highly talented individuals to carry a good piece of research work at our organization.

Essential Qualification –

1. Candidate should have Ph.D. in Life Sciences with a very good academic track record
2. A minimum 6 to 10 years of research experience from academics / Industry, excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D.
3. In exceptional cases, candidates with less than requisite experience will also be considered.
4. Applicants must have a demonstrated excellent record of scientific productivity in the form of outstanding publications in peer reviewed scientific journals.
5. Scientists with outstanding track records in innovation and product development must have a track record of internationally valid and productive patents and demonstrated interaction with commercial or industry partners.
6. Applicants should have a commitment to excellence and willingness to collaborate in inter-disciplinary projects. Quality of scientific productivity, capability of independent thinking, track record of translational, clinical or applied research as well as extra mural funding will also be major factors in deciding the selection.

2. The Screening and Selection Committees will make appropriate decisions on quality and impact of the publications and patents in relation to the overall application, research areas and needs of the institute. The decision of the institute in all these matters will be final. No interim enquiries/ correspondence/communication of any sort will be entertained in the matter.
