Regional Ayurveda Research Institute, Kothrud, Pune-411038, is a Premier Research Institute working under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Ministry of A YUSH, Govt. of India. Following posts of Senior Research Fellow and Laboratory Technicians are to be filled on a purely contractual basis and co-terminus with the IMR project whose details are as follows.
Post I
Name of the Post – Senior Research Fellow (Toxicology)
No. of Post – 01
Name of the Project – Exploration of reproduction toxicity profile of AYUSH 64
Duration – Initially 6 months (may be extended based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project – 02 Year
Age – Age not exceeding 35
years as on the date of interview (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules).Date of Interview – 06.12.2021
Post II
Name of the Post – Laboratory technician
No. of Post – 01
Name of the Project – Exploration of reproduction toxicity profile of AYUSH SS granules
Duration – Initially 6 months (may be extended based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project – 02 Year
Age – Age not exceeding 27 years as on the date of interview (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules).
Date of Interview – 07.12.2021
Post III
Name of the Post – Laboratory technician
No. of Post – 01
Name of the Project – Evaluation of some Ayurvedic medicinal plants against Free
Fatty Acid induced steatosis in Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells
Duration – Initially 6 months (may be extended based on satisfactory performance)
Duration of Project – 02 Year
Age – Age not exceeding 27 years as on the date of interview (Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules).
Date of Interview – 07.12.2021
General Condition –
- There will be a written examination and interview of written test qualified candidates from 11.00 A.M. onwards at the institute.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the written test/interview.
- Candidates desiring to appear for an interview on the day of the interview should bring all original documents, mark sheets, attested certificates, testimonials, a copy of Bio-data (as per proforma Provided) and two copies of the recent coloured photograph for submitting at 9.30 A.M. at the Institute conference hall. Admission will not be given after 10.30 am.
- The engagement is contractual and co-terminus with the project. No claim for the permanent/ regular appointment or continuation will be entertained.
- The engagement is initially for 6 months which is further extendable based on satisfactory performance of the candidate.
- All rights are reserved with the competent authority.
For Post I
Monthly Remuneration – Rs. 35,000/- plus 24 percent HRA
Essential Qualification – M.Sc. (Biotechnology/Toxicology/ Biochemistry with two years
research experience) from a recognized University/Institution.
Desirable Qualification – A candidate with hands-on experience in laboratory animal handling will be preferred.
For Post II
Monthly Remuneration – Rs. 24,000/- (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification –
- B.Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology) OR equivalent.
- One year of experience in a relevant laboratory or field.
Desirable Qualification –
- Candidates with a Master degree in a relevant subject shall be exempted from the condition of experience.
- Candidates with higher qualifications and hands-on experience in laboratory animal
handling shall be preferred.
For Post II
Monthly Remuneration – Rs. 24,000/- (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification –
- B.Sc. (Biochemistry/Biotechnology) OR equivalent.
- One year of experience in a relevant laboratory or field.
Desirable Qualification –
