Emoluments – Rs.56000/ – plus HRA
Essential Qualifications – 1st Class Master’s degree in Bioinformatics with PhD in
relevant subject from a recognized University & two years research experience NGS.
Desirable –
- Experience in Deep learning applications in biological data (image/text)
- Proficient in R/Python machine learning libraries.
- Prior experience in a cancer-related project (ML-based) will be advantageous.
- Experience with pytorch/tensorflow will be highly desirable.
- The candidate should have strong scientific writing and verbal skills.
- Papers in sci-indexed journals demonstrating ML skill sets.
- Database handling will be a plus but not required.
