A Walk-in-Interview is scheduled to be held on 02.11.2021 from 10.3
0 AM onwards at Rain Forest Research Institute (RFRI), Jorhat for engagement of Project staff to work under various externally aided projects as detailed below –Name of the Post – Junior Project Fellow (JPF)

plant species. in different regions of the country.

How to Apply –
- The posts are purely contractual and co-terminus with the project.
- Age limit as of 31.10.2021: 25 years for PA, 28 years for JPF/JRF and 30 years for SPF.
(Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST /Women and 3 years for OBC candidates). - Duly filled up application form [attached below] along with testimonials will be accepted from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM on the day of the interview.
- The candidate should bring one Passport Size Photograph.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
Essential – First Class M.Sc. in Botany/ Forestry/ Ecology/ Life sciences/ Agriculture.
Desirable – Knowledge of Plant taxonomy.
Emoluments – Rs. 20,000/ per month plus HRA as admissible.
