CSIR – IICT is conducting Online Interviews for the following positions under various sponsored projects purely on a temporary basis.

Name of the Project: Study on the role of growth differentiation factor (gdf-9) in
reprogrammed hyperandrogenic prenatal murine models of women PCOs.
Stipend: Rs. 31,000 plus HRA*
Essential Qualifications: MSc (Zoology/ Biotechnology)
Desirable Qualifications: One year of experience in lab animal handling. Knowledge in lab animal breeding and reproduction techniques.
* Fellowship amount is applicable for NET/GATE/GPAT or other National Eligible Test(s) as per new CSIR guidelines. If suitable students are not available, the fellowship amount will be 25,000+HRA.

Note 2: The
above age limits are relaxable for candidates of statutory groups (SC/ST/OBC) and PWD candidates as per Govt. of India/ CSIR instructions on the subject.After receipt of applications, the screening will be done, the eligible candidates will be shortlisted and they will be informed of the date of interview through their respective mail addresses to attend an online interview for selection. The engagement will be initially for a period of six months which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the sponsored project/satisfactory performance or conduct of the fellow as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on a temporary basis for the sponsored projects and does not entitle him/her to the permanent position in CSIR/IICT.
