Essential Qualification: M.Sc / M.Tech in Life Sciences/Bioinformatics with a minimum of 3 years experience in NGS library preparation (Whole genome/ Whole transcriptome and Whole Exome), Sanger sequencing, Real-time PCR and NGS Data Analysis – Denovo analysis (Genome and Transcriptome), Whole-genome analysis, Whole transcriptome analysis, Exome analysis, Amplicon data analysis. Experience in Sanger sequencing
data analysis.Desirable qualification: Experience in the NABL certification process.
Job Description: To perform NGS library preparation, sequencing and Data Analysis for customers. Train the junior scientific officers, students and conduct workshops.
