Candidates must fill online application form at www.niab.org.in. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last-minute technical
issues.Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed by duly
constituted selection committee online. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience certificates are required to be submitted at the time of joining.

Fellowship amount: Rs.35000/- per month plus 24 percent HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines.
Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized university or equivalent with (a) National Eligibility TestsCSIR- UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of research experience preferably as a JRF
(Eligibility criteria as per DST OM No.SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated 10.07.2020). However, Non NET candidates can also apply who will be paid as per their eligibility.
Desired Experience: Candidate with experience in Molecular biology and Immunological techniques, genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics, and animal (mice, hamster) handling is desirable. Candidates having prior experience in working with JEV and Leptospira will be favoured.
