Molecular Biology (1 post)
Key role: Includes molecular diagnostic development, next generation sequencing and process optimization
Preferred qualifications: MSc with 3+ years experience in genomics, PhD in genomics with 1+ year experience
Essential requirements: 2+ years experience in next-generation sequencing wet lab NGS library preparation, DNA QC and sequencing, assay design
Desirable requirements: Familiarity with laboratory documentation and reporting systems, assay design and standardization.

Key role: NGS data analysis
Preferred qualifications: MSc with 3+ years experience in genomic analysis, PhD in genomics with 1+ year experience
.Essential requirements: 2+ years experience with building bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data, proficient in R and Python (1+ yr exp), Knowledge about pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow or Snakemake, and database.
Desirable requirements: Experience in developing customized pipelines and workflows and tweak current pipeline filters for NGS and Nanopore analysis, ability to identify the databases,tools,catalogs, interpret the output identified by the pipelines.
