The eligible, as well as interested candidates, may submit the application for Online interview for purely short-term engagement as “Project Assistant– II” Under projects running in CSIRCIMAP, Lucknow. The eligibility criterion is as follows:-
* Last Date for receipt of emailed applications: _ 24th June 2020 _ on [email protected].
Date of Interview: 30th June 2020 Time of Interview:10.00 A.M. onwards through MSTEAM
(Interview might continue on next working day depending upon a number of applicants appeared.).
Mode of Selection: Selection is to be done on the basis of online Interview through the on-line platform (MSTEAM).
General Terms & Conditions:
- Engagement will certainly be initially for a period of one year and may be extended or curtailed depending upon the project requirement, and also desired level performance or conduct of the incumbent, as the case may be.
- The tenure of Project Staff shall be co-terminus with the project. Nonetheless, under no circumstances, the tenure would certainly be allowed to exceed five years period. The performance of the Project Staff would certainly be reviewed periodically to ensure that any type of one not found up to the mark, could be terminated.
- The position is just temporary as well as, therefore, will not confer any type of exactly on the incumbent to any kind of claim, implicit or explicit on any type of post in CSIR-CIMAP.
- For Project Assistants Level-I/II/III, the upper age limit as mentioned for all the above positions will be as on Date of Interview (Dated 30th June 2020) which is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of applicants belonging to scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Persons with disabilities as well as OBC candidates.
- Special age relaxation in case of widows divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands, who are not remarried as per rules.
- In the case of JRF/SRF/RA (Projects), the upper age limitation as mentioned above will certainly be as on Date of Interview which is relaxable up to 5 years in the case of applicants coming from scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Persons with disabilities/ Women/ OBC.
- On conclusion of the tenure in one project, in case, one intends to make an application for engagement in an additional project, he/she will certainly need to go via the procedure of selection by submitting a fresh application under the new project. Engagement of the Project Staff under the new project would be made only after submission of resignation as well as ” No Demand Certificate” in the previous project.
- Wherever possible accommodation will be provided to project staff, if accommodation is not possible, HRA will be paid as per rules. If accommodation is provided, the licence fee would certainly be deducted according to CSIR rules.
- The Project Staff shall be permitted to obtain leave and also dispensary facility, based on rules.
- The Institute provides canteen facilities as is being provided for regular staff members on payment of suitable charges.
- Experience, where required, will certainly be counted from acquiring minimal educational qualification.
- Final semester and also results awaited candidates will certainly not be enabled to appear for Interview.
