The Application Professional will be in charge of offering product expertise, application knowledge and also technological support along each step of customer’s process. The main missions are to guarantee successful design, recognition and implementation of our products, by supporting sales for product design, product positioning and also demo, as well as supporting customers for application development work, initial start-ups and training.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Support the Sales organization on existing products with product presentations, demonstrations as well as application studies, and also on brand-new products in close collaboration with product management via beta sites testing and also demos.
- Support Sales in the customer process as well as URS analysis, and also generate application trials to help to design optimized products in line with the application requirements.
- Help customers for initial product installation as well as initial start-up, and guarantee the training of the customer.
- Support Quality Department in the quality issue process by troubleshooting as well as analysing customers processes for better investigation as well as resolution.
- Report on competitors’ products and also feedback information to the Application
- Specialist Team Management and also products management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in biological engineering or biotechnology
- Product and application expertise.
- Capability to effectively interface with product/project/division management.
- Ability to interact at various levels (sales, technicals, users).
- Outstanding communication as well as presentation skills.
- Fluent in English plus other local languages.
- Computer proficient in Windows-based software package consisting of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and also outlook.
