Key Responsibilities for the Role :
- Microbial analysis of Raw Material, Hard Gelatin Capsules, In-process blend, Hold time samples and Finish Products.
- Sampling, Microbial and Chemical analysis of Purified water,Potable water,Raw water including Bore well water.
- Environmental Air monitoring in Production, Stores and in Microbiology laboratory.
- Handling, calibration and Qualification and Operation of Instruments like Incubators, Oven, Autoclave, Water bath, pH meter, Conductivity meter and analytical balance, Laminar Air Flow and TOC.
- Preparation and Sterilization of Media and Sterilization of Glassware.
- Recording and Maintenance of daily records in Microbiology Laboratory.
- Handling, Identification, Preservation of Microbial Mother cultures and its Sub culturing .
- Preparation of General and Volumetric reagents used for water testing.
- Handling and Operation of Total Organic Carbon Analyzer
- Handling and Maintenance of all documents and records related to Microbiology Section.
- Overall Maintenance of Micro Lab.
- Responsible to provide internal training programme to analysts as per the requirement.
Specific Technical/Behavioral Skills/Competencies for the Role :
- Having Exposure to work on microbiology section.
- Having good analytical skills of latest microbiology technique.
- Having exposure to work on instruments used for microbiology analysis.
- Handling of laboratory investigation like lab Events,OOS,OOT ,OOC with respect to Micro Section.
- Analysis of water samples, Environmental monitoring and their trending.
