- Experience in mammalian cell culture
- Experience in stable cell line generation and transient transfections; flowcytometry, ELISA, western blot analysis

Job Title : Assay Biologist
Experience : 3-8 years

Job Description :
- Various kinds of cell based assays with small and large molecules
- Extensive expertise in multi-color flow cytometry and cell sorting.
- Experience in in vitro and ex vivo immunological assays like cell proliferation, cytokine production and others.
- ADCC and CDC assays
- Cell co-culture study setups with multiple read-outs.
- Must have experience working on models for target validation

Job Title : Hybridoma Scientist

Job Description :
- Generate monoclonal antibodies using hybridoma technology.
- Employ molecular biology to decipher V-gene sequences.
- Perform small scale antibody purification and characterization.
- Perform ELISA, FACS, in vitro immunological assays (like proliferation), western blotting, IHC with antibodies.
- Purify polyclonal antibodies from rabbit sera and should have experience in animal handling.

Job Title : Analytical Scientist
