Eligibility : M.Sc (Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry), B.Tech. / M.Tech Biotechnology with 2-6 years of experience in Upstream and downstream process development.
Job Description
- To meticulously plan upstream and downstream process experiments.
- To prepare medium for fermentation process.
- To operate glass and stainless steel fermenters for cultivation of microbial cultures.
- Optimizations of upstream and downstream process, scale up of new products.
- Establishment and qualification of upstream and downstream scale up models.
- Process characterization of upstream and downstream process.
- Online documentation of all the operations.
- Maintain raw material stock, lab equipments as per GMP/GLP.
- To maintain bacterial and actinomycetes cultures, glycerol stock preparation.
- Understand the scalability of the chosen process.
- To monitor calibration and maintenance of the instruments and file documents as per QA.
- GLP and follow SOPs and STP.
- Strictly adhere to SHE and QMS
