Acchoo!.. Oh, Wait! Now there’s a tune!
Confounded by the weird headline and wondering how completely lame it is? Now wondering what kind of a nutjob wrote this article?
Well you got one thing right at the very least.
Have you ever wondered why we sneeze? Why allergies tend to make us miserable- the Sneezing and the itchy feeling?
There is one way we could explain all this- through music. Just made your opinion of me even more sour? Wait till you read through this-
Dendrites are like conductors of an orchestra. They have a slightest hint of an invader; they orchestrate a response from the body’s immune system.
Now, the B cell is like an instrumentalist which gives out a music sheet in form of the immunoglobulin IgE when an allergen that the body has never been exposed to, enters.
This music sheet now acts as a program for future reference. The immunoglobulin produced is handed out to MAST CELLS in the lungs, intestinal tract, and nose. This immunoglobulin or the “music” just kicks back on the stands, keeping an eye out in case the nasty allergen shows up again. If it does happen to cross the IgE again
Result : you sneeze!
Our body seems to be in perfect harmony at all times, ain’t it?
