Job description
Role Purpose:
Individual contributor, actively collaborates with cross-functional, multi-shore delivery teams to deliver on advanced consulting-based projects related to marketing analytics. The said role involves active learning, information/data sourcing, pro-active communication, data modeling, synthesis, problem solving, insight generation, reporting, quality assurance, and documentation.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Carry out work relating to the Consulting business area which meets or exceeds CG stakeholder expectations
- Extract and analyse data from QuintilesIMS and public data sources
- Conduct secondary desk research/ literature and data reviews
- Work with minimal supervision or independently on defined tasks with 100% ownership on outcomes and timelines
- Critically think through to answer the ‘so-what’ from a client perspective
- Participate in client/ project team meetings and make succinct summaries
- Lead a small project team to come-up with module based outputs
- Articulate project inputs, and highlight risks clearly in written or verbal medium
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to highest quality standards
Education & Experience:
- Graduate/Post-graduate Degree in Life Sciences from a premier institute
- Possess demonstrated expertise in one or more practice areas
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Any experience (up to a maximum of 2 years) in Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/
- Consulting/ Professional Services Outsourcing company would be an added advantage
- Experience (1 year + ) in Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/ Consulting/ Analytics company

- Self-motivated, with strong work ethic and initiative; proactive in identifying issues and opportunities and delivering insightful solutions
- Ability to work in a team and across domains
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills

- Should be able to conceptualize new ideas for research and give shape to them
