Following positions are to be filled purely on temporary and contract basis for the period up to 31st March, 2017.
Project:- M.P. State AIDS Control Society HIV State Referral Laboratory, NIRTH, Jabalpur
Post Title : Technical OfficerOne post (UR)
Qualification : M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Life Science
Experience : Minimum two years experience in Medical Microbiological/Immunolog ical laboratory techniques Candidate with experience in quality assurance will be preferred
Age : Up to 45 Years
Consolidated monthly pay in Rs. : 25,000/-
Work Responsibility :
- Supervisory and trouble-shooting, root cause analysis of testing errors in ICTCs under the SRL.
- Supervision and mentoring of laboratory technicians of ICTC’s/PPTCT’s through on site visits.
- Monitor the work related to EQAS, including sending of panels to the ICTC’s/PPPCT/blood bank. EQAS data analysis and reporting.
- Training, Submission of monthly testing report to DAC.
- Twelve days tour to linked ICTC Centers. (Technical Officer will have to submit the tour report within 48 hours to I/C SRL and copy to NACO).
- Prepare SOPs and documents for accreditation
- Coordination with DAPCU officers for their field travel. · Any other work assigned by the Officer- in-charge.
Terms & Conditions: –
1. Government servant/in service candidates will be allowed 5 years relaxation. SC/ST will be allowed relaxation as per GOI rules applicable from time to time only in
the reserved posts, no age relaxation will be allowed in unreserved posts. Employees of ICMR/ Ministry of Health will be considered as departmental candidates for age relaxation.
2. DMLT, BMLT, CMLT should be registered in the M.P. Para-Medical Council.
3. Candidates who are working in the Government Institutions are required NOC from their employer for interview.
4. PWD candidates should have registration certificate issued from Jabalpur Board of PWD.
5. (1) Age will be reckoned from date of interview. (2). OBC Candidates are required to submit the case certificate issued by competent authority in the prescribed format (Appendix-3) as per GOI instructions latest by 3 years old as on date of publication of this notification. “Form of certificate to be produced by other backward classes applying for appointment to posts under the Government of India”. Candidates working/have worked on the long term projects in ICMR Institutes/Centers shall be given one time age relaxation, provided they meet the essential qualification and experience prescribed for the post, with a view to provide them opportunity to complete with the other candidates. (3). these posts are purely temporary and co-terminable with the scheme. Initially employees will be engaged on consolidated pay basis initially for a period of One year. The term of engagement can be extended on yearly basis. Preference will be given to the candidates having higher qualification and work experience. Candidate will not have any right to claim for regular appointment in the Council. (4). the appointment will be made on the basis of results of interview.

6. Appointee will have to submit an undertaking at the time of appointment, in connection with the legal liabilities, whatsoever, relating to the staff.

- Late received application will not be considered. Only short listed candidate will be called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be given for appearing in interview. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection/recruitment shall be disqualification.
