Job Description
- Handling and maintaining serum free suspension cell lines, transfection techniques, generation of stable cell lines.
- Handling Molecular Biology techniques including: Cloning and Sub-Cloning, Acrylamide and Agarose Gel Electrophoresis, DNA/RNA extraction, and basic Nucleic-Acid Enzymology (restriction digests, PCR, in vitro transcription).
- Maintaining and recording accurate laboratory records and data.
- Preparing and Presenting scientific work in different forums.
Desired Profile :
- A Candidate should have 3-6 Year of Wet Lab experience in Mammalian Cell Culture and Molecular Biology.
- Minimum 2 Years hands on experience of ClonePix Instrument
- A candidate should be well versed with various Molecular Biology related techniques like DNA/RNA Extraction and Transcription
