Job Description:
To spearhead R&D programs and develop technology based new business opportunities especially in the Food & Ingredient synthesis Sciences & Technology related areas
Major Challenges:
- Responsibility of conceptualization, Defining Scope of Research and timely execution of R&D projects in the area of Food sciences
- Managing the technical team at ABSTCPL and regular interactions with different businesses
- Ensuring adherence to Project Management Tools and other systems of patents / publications, by self and the team during project execution
- Keeping abreast of latest technology in the areas related to Food, and Chemicals, Carbon Black of ABG.
Eligibility: PhD in Food Technology
Mandatory Skills:
- Prior Experience of working in a Food/ Food Ingredient Manufacturing organization
- Familiar with all National & International Standards
- Thorough knowledge of Scientific aspects of Food processing & Market requirements
- Demonstrated capability of development & scaling up of food ingredients
Reports to: Senior Vice President
