Job Description :
- Conducting food safety audits to retails, C@ W and DH across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- Conducting Vendor audits in Hyderabad.
- Conducting warehouse audits in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
- Assist QA Lead in Investigation of food safety related complaints from NPS with root cause and corrective action.
- Drive on implementation of food safety standard operating procedure.
- Assist in monitoring the pest treatment process and help in fixing up the gaps to avoid pest entry.
- Carry out random verification of the food supplied by vendor with the agreed specification,
- To continuously drive on improving the quality standards of the store across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
